Harry Slash and the Fortune Brothers recently completed production of a cover of the "Montrose"-era Sammy Hagar sung classic "Rock Candy" for the forthcoming Versailles records release "Three Lock Box: A Millennium Tribute to Sammy Hagar" due out later this Summer.
The song is being released under the "Reckless Fortune" banner and features Frankie Fortune: lead vocals (Reckless Fortune), Joey Fortune: rhythm guitar (Reckless Fortune), Mark Hitt: lead guitar (Torque, Rat Race Choir, Hindenberg), Felix Hanemann: bass, backing vocals & keyboards (Zebra, Hindenberg, The Slashtones), Steve "Budgie" Werner: Drums (Ace Frehely Band, Hindenberg, The Slashtones), Arno Hecht: All Saxophones (Uptown Horns, Dion, The Slashtones), Tony Moore: backing vocals (Riot, Faith & Fire, The Slashtones), and Harry Slash: Cowbell (The Slashtones)
